Chat Operator – Remote AI‑Assisted Monitoring

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Chat Operator to join a fast‑paced, global, fully remote team. You will monitor large‑scale online chat platforms, ensuring high‑quality conversational experiences and supporting AI‑assisted interaction monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth and appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to improve clarity, tone, or response quality on behalf of AI companions.
• Track, evaluate, and analyze communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and inconsistencies.
• Report technical or content‑related issues to drive continuous improvement of automated responses.
• Coordinate supporting content (images, videos) aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined, and structured work approach.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written Russian language skills and solid command of English.
