Change Manager – Transformation Office

About the role

The Change Manager will translate integration impacts into actionable change strategies, ensuring readiness, adoption and risk mitigation across Group Operations. You will support successful migration outcomes by aligning stakeholders and driving a smooth transition.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the case for change and leadership alignment.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify effects on initiatives, both internal and external.
• Analyse persona, customer and employee journeys to uncover downstream and cross‑divisional impacts.
• Develop and execute change strategies and plans that build business readiness.
• Maintain stakeholder information and drive engagement plans.
• Support communication design, review and delivery, aligning with the strategic narrative.
• Perform change readiness assessments and mitigate concerns.
• Translate data into insights for customer‑centric solutions.
• Create transition plans to embed change and hand over to BAU.
• Identify and escalate change risks with treatment proposals.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of change management delivery, including case for change, impact analysis and planning.
• Proficiency with ANZ’s change methodology and communication strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to conduct customer/user research, problem‑solve and plan effectively.
• Leadership qualities that promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
