About the role
Join the Strategy, Governance & Change team at a global financial services group undergoing a People and Culture transformation. You will connect strategy to execution through clear internal communications and engagement initiatives, helping employees understand and adopt change.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities and complex change into compelling narratives and targeted engagement.
- Develop and deliver communication plans across email, intranet and enterprise social platforms.
- Use audience insights, feedback and metrics to continuously refine communication approaches.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in internal or transformation communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce audience‑focused content.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
