Change & Communications Lead - Age Better

About the role

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is looking for a Change & Communications Lead for its Age Better and Support at Home initiatives. The role drives engagement, readiness and adoption across these programmes, partnering with executives, clinicians, operational teams and enterprise stakeholders to support aged care reform and improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the change management and communications strategy across Age Better and Support at Home initiatives.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption plans.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to drive organisational readiness and alignment.
• Create communications that inform, engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, consultation forums and change activities across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor adoption, engagement and readiness metrics and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Support the embedding of new ways of working and sustainable business change.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading change and communications within large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, able to build alignment across diverse groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level communications.
• Experience developing change impact assessments, engagement strategies and readiness plans.
• Strategic thinker who balances planning with hands-on delivery, confident in complex, evolving environments.
• Healthcare, aged care or other regulated industry experience highly regarded.

Required skills

• Prosci, ADKAR or other recognised change management certifications are desirable.
