CFD Forex Account Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

TMGM is seeking a CFD Forex Account Manager who can speak Mandarin to drive sales and provide exceptional client service across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell TMGM's products and services to generate new client pipelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding quickly to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs, expanding market knowledge and contributing to team success.

Required profile

• Minimum one year experience in the Forex industry or a customer‑focused role.
• Strong motivation to learn financial products and improve communication skills.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls to diverse buyers.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent overall communication abilities, adaptable to different audiences.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional Asian languages a plus).
