Certificate III Trainee Educator

About the role

G8 Education is running a traineeship program in the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care at its Kelso Children's Centre. Participants become Educators in Training, working alongside a team to provide quality education and care while observing the centre's policies, procedures, values and philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Support children in their development and physical care through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.
• Work as part of a team providing quality education and care.
• Observe the policies, procedures, values and philosophies of the G8 centre.
• Support educators in observing and documenting children's learning and development.
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the room.

Required profile

• Willingness to make a lifelong impact and inspire future generations.
• Motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Friendly and energetic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
