Casual Educator

About the role

Kelso Children's Centre, part of G8 Education, is offering a casual Educator position within its team of qualified Early Childhood professionals. The centre offers indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms with age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and runs from 6:30am to 6:30pm, catering for up to 82 children when at capacity. The role suits an experienced educator who wants to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services approved by ACECQA
• Proven educator experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate

Required skills

• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
