Centurion Relationship Manager – Luxury Travel Consultant

About the role

The Centurion Relationship Manager delivers bespoke luxury travel and lifestyle experiences to American Express Centurion Members. You will act as the primary point of contact, tailoring the card’s exclusive benefits to each member’s preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep, trusted relationships with Centurion Members by understanding their travel and lifestyle preferences.
• Design and book premium travel itineraries, fine‑dining reservations, and access to exclusive events.
• Stay current on luxury trends, destinations, and high‑end products to provide informed recommendations.
• Serve as the single liaison for all card‑related enquiries, from servicing to cross‑departmental queries.
• Meet performance targets while enhancing member loyalty and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Consultant within the retail travel sector.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities with high‑net‑worth clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre.
