Centre Director – Early Learning Centre

About the role

Kool Beanz Goldsmith is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a purpose‑built early learning centre for children aged six weeks to six years. This hands‑on leadership role blends strategic management with daily involvement in the centre’s operations and community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including staffing, enrolments, budgets and compliance.
• Lead recruitment, mentorship and professional development of educators.
• Drive delivery of high‑quality education and care aligned with EYLF, NQF and NQS frameworks.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture and strong relationships with families and community stakeholders.
• Maintain quality assurance, accreditation standards and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Centre Director.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ACECA approved).
• Current Working With Children Check, Police Check and relevant first‑aid certifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Owna software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
