About the role
The Center Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the integrity and reputation of the ACE Testing Hub and its partners. In addition, as a Certified Pearson Test Administrator, you will manage the exam delivery process, ensuring a secure and professional testing environment for candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and oversee the test centre according to Pearson standards, including office fit‑out, hardware procurement, and system installation.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, procurement of supplies, and reporting of monthly figures and expenses.
- Train and supervise invigilators, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
- Welcome, check‑in, and monitor candidates, maintaining exam security and a comfortable testing environment.
- Handle user accounts on the Pearson VUE Testing System, reconcile monthly payments, and report any incidents.
- Initiate promotional activities and collaborate with industry partners to increase registrations.
