Category Finance Manager

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Category Finance Manager to join its Finance team in Freshwater. This permanent, hybrid role offers a flexible work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote, supporting the company’s growth and innovation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse actual and forecast performance, conduct variance analysis and develop action plans.
• Partner with Sales, Trade Finance and Marketing to vet financials, build business cases for new product development and manage the cluster P&L.
• Support monthly performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives, including supply‑chain cost control, innovation pipeline and portfolio management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CA/CPA desirable.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Access, Tableau, Demantra, JDA, SAP and IRi tools (e.g., Temple, UNIFY), Quantium.
