About the role

7-Eleven is opening a brand-new store in Haynes West, Western Australia, with a planned opening date of November 2026, and is looking for enthusiastic casual Team Members to start from day one. The role suits people who enjoy coffee, iconic Slurpees and delivering outstanding customer service, whether they want flexible shifts or regular hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, safe environment for customers and teammates
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Support day-to-day store operations across a variety of shifts
• Work as part of a fun and collaborative team

Required profile

• A positive, reliable and friendly attitude
• A passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings or overnights
