Casual Process Worker – Cable Assembly

About the role

Based in Rydalmere, we are an established manufacturer and supplier of custom‑made cable assemblies serving local and overseas customers. As a Process Worker you will operate cable assembly machinery, ensure high‑quality workmanship and follow safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Operate cable assembly machinery on a daily basis.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Follow safe operating procedures at all times.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with co‑workers.
• Meet production schedules and targets.
• Perform repetitive tasks and occasional lifting.
• Work Monday‑Friday, 7:15 am‑3:30 pm (38‑hour week).

Required profile

• Ability to start immediately.
• Reliable transport to the workplace.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good eyesight and hand skills.
• Capability to monitor own quality control.
