Casual Personal Care Worker - St Paul's Terrace

About the role

A residential aged care home in Frankston South, St Paul's Terrace, which houses 80 residents, is looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join its team on a casual basis. The work is person-centred care for older Victorians, delivered in a respectful, collaborative environment. Shifts are available in the morning, afternoon and night duty, and regular availability across several days each week is welcomed.

Required profile

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
• Experience working in an aged care environment
• A genuine passion for caring and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race or sexual orientation
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the ability to obtain one
