Casual Linehaul Driver

About the role

Centurion is seeking an experienced Casual Linehaul Driver for its Wingfield team. You will drive triple road train combinations on long-distance linehaul runs between Adelaide and Darwin, carrying general and refrigerated freight. The work includes a mix of 2UP and solo driving depending on operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive triple road train combinations on long-distance linehaul runs between Adelaide and Darwin
• Transport general and refrigerated freight, mixing 2UP and solo driving
• Ensure loads are secure and meet safety, compliance and operational requirements
• Carry out pre-start and vehicle checks and follow fatigue management requirements
• Maintain accurate trip records and communicate with dispatch
• Work cooperatively with other drivers during 2UP operations

Required profile

• Current MC licence with proven road train experience
• Previous linehaul and long-distance driving experience
• Previous 2UP experience highly desirable
• Valid BFM accreditation and Dangerous Goods Licence (DGL)
• Forklift licence desirable
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance, independent on solo runs and able to work in a 2UP team
• Reliable work history and professional driving record
• Availability for casual linehaul work
