About the role

Wintersheart, a small creative studio in Upper Kedron, Brisbane, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Assistant to help craft whimsical acrylic jewellery during the busy pre‑Christmas period. This casual position involves hands‑on work across the full production cycle, from material preparation to final packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organise acrylic components for production.
• Cut, print and paint acrylic pieces according to design specifications.
• Assemble layered jewellery, attach findings, and apply hand‑finished details.
• Glue components accurately and ensure structural integrity.
• Clean, polish and quality‑check finished items.
• Package products for retail and wholesale orders.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workspace.
• Occasionally photograph jewellery and create social‑media content.

Required profile

• Patient, dependable and comfortable with detailed, repetitive tasks.
• Steady hand and strong eye for precision.
• Ability to follow design instructions consistently.
• Organised, punctual and respectful of materials and workspace.
• Enjoys fashion, accessories, photography and social‑media creation.
• Friendly, open‑minded and supportive of an inclusive workplace.
