About the role

Join the Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort team as a Casual Guest Service Agent, delivering warm, friendly reception to guests and ensuring smooth check‑ins and check‑outs. You will be the first point of contact, helping guests feel at home and providing local recommendations throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly reception, managing efficient check‑ins and addressing guest inquiries.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders via in‑person, phone and email.
• Process reservations, updates and special requests accurately using the property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the stay, offering assistance, resolving issues and giving personalised recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality service in a hotel, hospitality or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Professional appearance and commitment to a dynamic schedule, including weekends, public holidays and varying shifts.
