Casual Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Hotel Woolstore 1888, a heritage hotel in Darling Harbour belonging to the Accor group, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendant for its Percy restaurant. Percy is known for its authentic Spanish cuisine and traditional Spanish wine list, and the role works mainly across dinner service and bar operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive and professional table service.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Support bar operations and prepare and serve drinks.
• Share knowledge of the menu, wines and beverage offerings with guests.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant and bar.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and create memorable guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a food and beverage attendant or similar hospitality role.
• Previous bar experience and confidence serving a range of beverages.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, primarily evenings, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and table waiting skills.
