Casual Educator - Early Childhood

About the role

Kindy Patch West Gosford, part of G8 Education, is offering a casual educator position within its team of qualified early childhood professionals. The centre offers indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms with age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and runs from 6:30am to 6:30pm, catering for up to 86 children when at capacity. The role suits experienced educators who want to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services approved by ACECQA
• Proven educator experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
