Casual Customer Service & Sales Consultant - Telstra Retail, Wagga Wagga

About the role

Telstra is looking for a casual Customer Service and Sales Consultant for its retail store in Wagga Wagga. You will delight customers by giving them an excellent in-store experience and helping them identify the products and services they need to improve their telecommunications use. Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs
• Stay up to date with the latest gadgets and services and give informed advice
• Use consultative selling to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with the team to create a welcoming environment and help everyone reach store goals

• Natural communicator who enjoys making people's day better
• Solution-oriented, able to think on your feet and tailor solutions to each customer
• Motivated to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Resilient and positive, even when busy
