Casual Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

Join Amer Sports' ANZ team in Moorabbin and help customers fall in love with premium outdoor and sporting brands. This casual, three‑month position focuses on delivering exceptional service for Arc'teryx and Salomon across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and returns efficiently, following established protocols.
• Assess and manage warranty claims with accuracy and care.
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and phone.
• Provide product expertise to guide customers toward the right fit.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Contribute to monthly KPIs and team performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
