Casual Crew Member – Fast Food Service

About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at Guzman y Gomez and help deliver an authentic Mexican fast‑food experience. As a Casual Crew Member you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every order is taken accurately and served with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders using the POS system and handle payments.
• Prepare and assemble burritos, tacos and other menu items following company standards.
• Restock fridges, supplies and workstations throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining and service area.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic team player with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible rosters, including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
