Casual Cleaner – Housekeeping

About the role

Minor Hotels is expanding its housekeeping team at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort and is looking for energetic, detail‑oriented individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences on a casual basis.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, make beds, vacuum floors and clean bathrooms to maintain high standards.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the allocated hours and meet daily targets.
• Collaborate with team members, adhere to safety and environmental protocols, and use specialised cleaning equipment safely.

Required profile

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail, good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Professional communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
• Ability to operate specialised cleaning equipment effectively.
