Cash Office Responsible - Glasshouse

About the role

H&M Group is recruiting a Cash Office Responsible for its Glasshouse store in Sydney. The role covers the cash office and sales floor administration, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards, and trains and supports the store team on cash handling, stock, banking and administration. It is a full-time position of either 30 or 38 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Improve store efficiency through best practices in cash handling, technical equipment management and administrative procedures, while supporting store leadership and colleagues in delivering a great customer experience.
• Manage account reconciliation, money-handling routines and cash desk opening and closing procedures, analyse discrepancies and work with management and loss prevention on follow-up.
• Oversee security routines in line with company guidelines, including conducting and supporting audits.
• Work with store management to ensure a smooth customer and colleague experience on the sales floor.
• Train and support colleagues on checkout procedures, cash point routines and store processes, and represent the brand positively with customers.
