Carpenter, Formwork & Concrete Labourers

About the role

WorkPac Mackay is recruiting trade-qualified carpenters, formwork labourers and concrete labourers for current and upcoming construction projects across the region. Project durations vary, with base rates plus penalties and flat rates offered. Immediate starts are available, and future opportunities are open to those who cannot start straight away.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general construction duties in line with project requirements.
• Complete carpentry, formwork or concrete works relevant to your trade and experience.
• Follow site safety procedures and work collaboratively with the wider construction team.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Keep the worksite clean, safe and organised.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in carpentry.
• Experience across sub-divisions, formwork and concreting.
• Proven experience in construction and civil projects.
• White Card and a valid driver's licence.
• Own tools and reliable transport.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, able to work independently and follow instructions.
