About the role
Constructive PD is looking for experienced carpenters to join its Southwest WA team. This full‑time position involves constructing and fitting out commercial properties across Busselton, Bunbury and the surrounding region.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Perform framing, finishing and cabinetry installation.
- Cut, shape and assemble wood components using hand and power tools.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with building codes.
Required profile
- Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Reading construction plans and blueprints.
- Use of hand tools.
