About the role
peopleworth is seeking an experienced Career Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching experiences for professionals worldwide. The role is fully remote and focuses on career planning, transitions, professional development, and job‑search support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one‑to‑one coaching sessions covering career planning, progression, and job‑search strategies.
- Facilitate group coaching workshops on professional development, employability skills, and career growth.
- Support team‑coaching initiatives that enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
- Motivate participants to achieve their career development goals.
- Provide live virtual coaching across multiple global time zones.
- Guide individuals on self‑leadership, career decision‑making, and professional growth.
- Build and maintain trusted coaching relationships.
- Assist learners in identifying and pursuing relevant career opportunities.
- Network with industry professionals and employer communities to expand employment pathways.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal information responsibly.
Required profile
- Recognised ICF or EMCC accredited coaching qualification (ACC accreditation advantageous).
- Proven experience as a Career Coach supporting professionals at various career stages.
- Strong background delivering one‑to‑one coaching programmes and facilitating group workshops.
- Ability to coach individuals through career transitions and advancement.
- Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working remotely with clients across different regions and time zones.
- Deep understanding of career development frameworks and coaching methodologies.
- Familiarity with psychometric assessment tools is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and best‑practice supervision.
