Carbridge Bus Driver

About the role

Join Carbridge, a division of Swissport, as a Bus Driver providing essential ground transportation at busy airport environments. You will operate shuttle services between terminals, parking areas and the Domestic Flight Operations (DFO) zone, ensuring passengers move safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Transport passengers between terminals, parking sites and DFO on a scheduled roster.
• Deliver high‑level customer service, assisting with inquiries, luggage and boarding support.
• Maintain bus cleanliness, perform routine safety checks and report any issues.
• Follow airport and company safety protocols for both landside and airside operations.
• Collaborate with the airport team to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence or higher.
• Public Transport Drivers Authority (PTD) endorsement.
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including 7‑day rosters.
• Strong focus on safety and ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
