About the role

This position leads end‑to‑end recruitment for interns, graduates and PhDs at a leading global quantitative trading firm, focusing on building long‑term relationships with university talent and expanding the firm’s campus presence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full technical hiring lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and shape the annual campus recruitment strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers and interview panels.
• Use data, metrics and hiring trends to guide recruitment decisions and optimise talent attraction.
• Plan and deliver internal and external recruiting events, representing the firm at career fairs, campus interviews and networking events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in university or early‑career programs.
• Experience sourcing and hiring technical talent in competitive environments.
• Enthusiastic about high‑volume early‑career recruitment.
• Willingness to travel for campus events and meet tight deadlines in fast‑paced hiring cycles.
