Campground All Rounder – On‑site Role at Ayers Rock Resort

About the role

We are looking for a Campground All Rounder to join the Ayers Rock Resort team in Yulara, NT. The role is based on‑site and combines gardening, hospitality, maintenance and general outdoor duties to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the campground and cabins.
• Keep public areas, cabins and surrounding grounds tidy and well‑presented.
• Assist with gardening tasks and outdoor upkeep.
• Support hospitality services by ensuring guest areas are clean and inviting.
• Drive resort vehicles as needed, adhering to safety standards.

Required profile

• Motivated individual with a passion for the outdoors and guest experience.
• Experience in gardening, maintenance or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to live on‑site for the duration of employment.

Required skills

• Full Australian driver’s licence.
