Call Center and Telesales Representative

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Maadi, QLD involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects, provide product information, and close sales while meeting individual and team targets.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales.
• Explain product and service offerings, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and update records during and after calls.
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training, apply call scripts and sales techniques, and collaborate with teammates to improve service quality.
