Customer Service Officer / Call Centre Representative

About the role

A client of Chandler Macleod is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Officer / Call Centre Representative based in the Perth CBD. Full-time and part-time positions are available, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with immediate start and interviews taking place as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
• Deliver excellent customer service and support
• Resolve customer issues professionally and on time
• Update customer information and records accurately
• Process requests and follow up on outstanding enquiries
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet service and quality standards

Required profile

• Previous customer service, call centre, contact centre or administration experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Reliable, positive and team-oriented attitude

Required skills

• Good computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
