Cadbury Territory Manager - Outer West Melbourne

About the role

Mondelēz International, which owns brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, Philadelphia, Belvita, Ritz and Toblerone, is looking for a Territory Manager for its Outer West Melbourne area. The role covers Caroline Springs, Taylors Hill, Sunshine West and Keilor East, focusing on optimising base sales and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers on a planned cycle and help them achieve the best outcomes while maximising sales and promotions
• Ensure strong visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques
• Implement and monitor promotional activities across major supermarkets
• Ensure point-of-buying materials are placed and implemented

Required profile

• A self-starter with strong planning and organisational skills and a high drive for results
• Experience in sales is preferred but not required
• Coaching capability, as you will work with merchandisers in the team
• Willingness to travel within the area
• Valid Australian driver's licence
