Cadbury Territory Manager - Mildura

About the role

Mondelēz International, which owns Cadbury Dairy Milk and other global snack brands, is looking for a Territory Manager for the Mildura area. The role covers sales and promotions in Mildura, Swan Hill and surrounding areas, with a focus on building strong professional relationships with retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers on a planned cycle and help them maximise sales and promotions
• Ensure strong visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques
• Implement and monitor promotional activities across major supermarkets, independent grocers, petrol and convenience stores
• Ensure point-of-buying materials are placed and implemented

Required profile

• Self-starter with strong planning and organisational skills and a drive for results
• Experience in major and/or independent supermarkets is essential
• Experience in FMCG sales is highly preferred
• Coaching capability, as you will work with merchandisers in the team
• Willingness to travel, including one to two overnight stays per month
• Valid Australian driver's licence
