Buyer's Agent – Toowoomba

About the role

As a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in an Aussie Store, you will work closely with mortgage brokers and in‑store teams to turn finance‑approved customers into successful property purchases. You will manage your own territory and referral engine, backed by the brand, technology and trust of Aussie.

Key responsibilities

• Work with finance‑ready clients to understand their property needs and source suitable properties from on‑market, pre‑market and off‑market channels.
• Conduct due diligence, lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partner with brokers to align on client goals and timing.
• Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs for each client.

Required profile

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent) with a proven track record of 20+ end‑to‑end residential transactions.
• Established networks to source off‑market and pre‑market opportunities and strong knowledge of the local market and buyer psychology.
• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes.

Required skills

• Real‑estate licensing (Class 1/Full).
• Experience managing residential transactions from start to finish.
