About the role
Ambition is recruiting, through a retained client, a Business Systems Lead for a permanent position in Sydney. The role owns the application estate of the business, covering its CRM, LMS and bespoke SaaS applications, and sits within a company that continues to invest in its IT applications.
Key responsibilities
- Own the application estate across the business, including CRM, LMS and bespoke SaaS applications.
- Own the requirement gathering process, create solution designs, build solutions and provide level 3 support on application integrations.
- Act as the guardian of safe practice for the company's AI initiatives, as the business is investing in AI adoption.
Required profile
- Recent experience as a Business Systems Lead, Technical Lead, Application Manager or similar role.
- Currently based in Sydney with full working rights, able to work from the CBD office three days per week.
- Proven experience dealing with a variety of business stakeholders.
Required skills
- Technical experience with CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce, and bespoke SaaS solutions.
