About the role
The Business Support Specialist will work closely with consultants and the Business Support team to provide administrative and sales support for the Brisbane branch of a multinational staffing consultancy.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls and provide reception cover as needed.
- Reformat candidate CVs, monitor mailboxes for admin requests, and handle digital registration documents via DocuSign.
- Update information in Salesforce CRM, generate cyclical reports, and distribute fee schedules.
- Post job adverts, chase job board ads, and manage payroll queries for contract candidates.
- Assign candidate log‑ins for Skillport e‑learning and set up evaluations in IKMT.
Required profile
- Strong administration experience with high accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
