Business Strategy Director

About the role

We are looking for experienced Business Strategy Directors to provide strategic leadership across our Compliance and Engagement Group and Enterprise Solutions and Technology divisions. You will translate organisational priorities into measurable outcomes and guide senior executives through data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve business strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Define performance measures and deliver evidence‑based insights to senior leadership.
• Lead complex, cross‑domain initiatives ensuring alignment between strategy, execution and client outcomes.
• Drive organisational change through purposeful engagement, data storytelling and improved data literacy.
• Translate business requirements into tangible data and analytics deliverables linked to measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and technical domains.
• Lead, develop and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior strategy roles within complex business environments.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and ability to identify strategic intervention opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse groups.
• Demonstrated capability to lead large, cross‑functional initiatives.
