Business Sales Consultant – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Business Sales Consultant to join our Marketing team as an Appointment Setter. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will make strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects across Australia and secure high‑quality meetings for our sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold‑calls to B2B prospects and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Research target markets to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities and outcomes in the Pipedrive CRM.
• Provide regular reporting on call volume, appointments set and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B cold‑calling or teleprospecting.
• Strong phone presence with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable learning and explaining complex information, preferably with financial knowledge.

Required skills

• Pipedrive (or similar CRM) proficiency.
