Business Operations and Growth Lead

About the role

Airbnb is seeking a Business Operations and Growth Lead for its Australia and New Zealand market. Based in Sydney, you will partner closely with the Country Manager and cross‑functional leaders to scale community growth and optimise key programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Align all functions to achieve ANZ business objectives in partnership with the Country Manager.
• Lead weekly cross‑functional project meetings to keep key initiatives on track.
• Analyse macro and micro trends using internal and external data sources, presenting insights and actionable plans to country and regional leadership.
• Own day‑to‑day business analysis, anticipate changes, and adjust strategies to maximise growth while minimising risk.
• Define, execute, and measure cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end, from problem statement to impact assessment.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Based in Sydney with willingness to attend the office regularly; flexible attendance schedule.
