Business Manager – Small Fleet Channel

About the role

The Business Manager will be the primary contact for FleetPartners Limited, driving growth in the Small Fleet Channel through strategic partnership with Mitsubishi. This role supports sales teams and collaborates across the organisation to achieve mutual growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Mitsubishi partnership, setting and delivering growth targets across SME, Corporate, Novated and MDFL segments.
• Own all Mitsubishi reporting, ensuring timely completion and building data requirements for BI dashboard automation.
• Manage partner relationships, conduct business meetings, strategic planning sessions and industry events.
• Set partner sales targets, report performance, conduct strategic business reviews and own growth initiative action plans.
• Negotiate and manage contract commitments, reviewing commercial terms to maximise value.
• Develop and deliver campaign strategies, collaborating with internal teams to optimise data‑driven opportunities.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, onboarding of new customers, in‑life servicing, marketing and end‑of‑lease processes.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Strong understanding of the automotive/fleet management industry with existing Mitsubishi relationships.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, communications, marketing or related fields.
