Business Manager - Inclusive Employment Australia

About the role

APM, a global health and human services organisation, is hiring a Business Manager for its Inclusive Employment Australia team in St Albans. You will lead a team of Employment Consultants, drive performance, support your team and help job seekers achieve employment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Inclusive Employment Australia contractual obligations
• Build strong relationships with local employers, community groups and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture

Required profile

• Experience in employment services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills
• People leadership exposure and/or understanding
• Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs
• Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments and in a high-performance setting
• Eligibility to meet legislative clearance requirements for employment services programs
• Eligible to work in Australia, with a current driver's licence, a fully insured vehicle, a MyGovID (standard), and willingness to complete a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
