Business Development Manager – Travel Solutions

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Flight Centre Business Travel, you will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting fresh leads to delivering compelling pitches and onboarding new corporate clients. Success is measured by the growth of new client accounts, achievement of sales targets, and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound cold calls and multi‑channel prospecting to identify companies that can benefit from travel solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships, positioning FCBT as a trusted travel partner.
• Understand client travel needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate cost‑saving benefits.
• Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process and connect them with dedicated travel teams for ongoing support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting and cold calling.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to meet KPIs.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, outcome‑focused environment while staying organised.
