Business Development Manager – Travel Solutions

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Flight Centre Business Travel, you will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting new leads to onboarding clients and driving revenue growth. Success is measured by the number of new accounts, achievement of sales targets and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calls and multi‑channel prospecting.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client travel needs and present tailored solutions.
• Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process and connect them with dedicated travel teams.
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention and ongoing revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation and cold calling.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to meet KPIs.
• Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment.
