Business Development Manager – Trading Cards & Collectibles (Remote)

About the role

A full-time remote Commercial Partnerships Manager is sought to support business relationships and commercial development in the trading card and collectibles sector. The role works with business contacts, evaluates potential partnerships and coordinates initiatives supporting long-term commercial goals. It suits people with experience in account management, business development, commercial coordination or partnership management. Only applicants living in Australia with the right to work there are eligible.

Key responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with prospective retailers, suppliers and distribution partners.
• Review potential business opportunities in the Australian collectibles market.
• Coordinate communication with existing and prospective commercial partners.
• Prepare business proposals and maintain partnership documentation.
• Monitor commercial activity and report on agreed performance indicators.
• Work with relevant teams to support the implementation of business initiatives.
• Research market developments to inform commercial planning.

Required profile

• Sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage professional relationships.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, sales or account management.
• Previous experience with trading card products, hobby retail or collectibles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good organisational and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of commercial processes and business reporting.
• Confidence using standard business software and digital communication tools.

What we offer

• Annual salary of AUD 110,000 to 135,000 plus superannuation.
