Business Development Manager – NSW

About the role

Fresh Clinics is seeking a high‑performing Business Development Manager to expand its network of aesthetic clinics across Australia. This role is focused on outbound acquisition, relationship building and industry networking.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from first contact to contract closure, generating new clinic partners.
• Represent Fresh Clinics at industry events, conferences, supplier nights and clinic launches to build pipelines and referrals.
• Conduct consultative meetings to identify clinic pain points and present Fresh’s ecosystem of support, training and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, data‑driven pipeline in HubSpot and provide accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and with Onboarding to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of outbound BDM or Account Executive experience, preferably in SaaS, professional services or healthcare.
• Strong motivation by targets and KPIs, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry and ability to speak confidently with clinic owners, doctors and nurses.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment without micromanagement.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
