Business Development Manager

About the role

Holding Redlich is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its national Marketing, Business Development & Communications team. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and practice groups, you will help drive client growth and support the firm’s Key Client Program.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new target clients, referrers and revenue opportunities in collaboration with partners.
• Monitor market developments and research client trends to uncover growth prospects.
• Develop and implement key client plans, supporting strategic decisions with financial and market insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, content and collateral, and with Communications on media and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Contribute to legal directory submissions, award entries, capability statements and other credential documents.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing and business development plans within a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data for strategic decision‑making.
• Excellent time‑ and project‑management skills, with the capacity to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across the business and with external partners.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with client, financial and market analysis.
• Knowledge of legal industry trends and practice‑group service offerings.
