Business Development Manager

About the role

Seisma is seeking a high‑performing Business Development Manager to drive new market growth and win enterprise customers. This hunter role focuses on opening doors, building senior relationships and delivering technology solutions to complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline by identifying target accounts, emerging markets, industry trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Win new enterprise customers through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach and relationship building.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover challenges and position tailored ICT and technology solutions.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that expand Seisma’s market presence, customer base and revenue.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from qualification and solution development through proposals, RFPs, negotiations and deal closure.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to develop high‑value, customer‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Proven success in new business development or enterprise sales within ICT, technology services or a related environment.
• Strong track record of winning new customers and meeting sales targets.
• Confidence engaging with C‑suite executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Self‑directed, commercially driven and highly motivated approach.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of technology services such as SaaS, AI, cloud/infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
