Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven, motivated and tech‑savvy Business Development Manager to join our Digital Brand Services team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for selling our suite of Digital Brand Services and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of CSC products and articulate their value propositions.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns and other outreach methods.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Perform needs analysis, pitch solutions, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Build and manage long‑term relationships with new and existing customers, identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Represent CSC at industry networking events and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑starter with a positive, resilient attitude and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical skills and experience engaging with executive‑level decision makers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
