Business Development Manager

About the role

Prime Blue Group is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to join its team in Rocklea, Queensland. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will drive growth across transport, mining, construction, agriculture, government and industrial sectors by identifying new opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads across target industries.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and customer service to ensure reliable delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development and sales experience, preferably in industrial or transport‑related sectors.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Analytical mindset for market data, growth opportunity identification and sales forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in basic office software such as spreadsheets, presentations and email.
